Alison's Story

Hailing from an international background (the USA, Japan, China, and Costa Rica), Alison received her BA in English Literature/Creative Writing and Philosophy from Colorado College in 2011, and an MFA from the Institute of American Indian Arts in 2020. Her career experience is rooted in healthcare information architecture and service design, spanning public healthcare institutions, senior living services, the pharmaceutical industry, and Medicare/Medicaid. Her pursuits are fixated on the information structures that define day-to-day civil life, and the processes through which these structures are incrementally improved – or – completely reinvented.
